Hi there. My name is Christopher James Wild and I write and tinker with Lighthouse33.

I hope you find my jottings useful (donations are also useful).

What I am on about
The essence of the Lighthouse is based on the four ways of the initiates (or four energy patterns if you like):
Firstly, an initiate has imagination and understands that things are not what they seem. They perceive the Tao which is the height of imagination. They know by looking differently, their imagination will excel, and so will often be seen as being out of step with the world.
Secondly, the initiate continually purifies their thoughts and feelings. They unfold every breath and movement, not in a conscious intelligent way, but naturally and without deliberation.ย
Third, is to tolerate all things, for the initiate perceive others and things in light of their personal development (โthe dude abidesโ). They consistently explore new ideas and update information.
Fourth, one imbues a silent power. That is to say, the power an initiate has โ what they know and embody โ is kept to themselves.
From this, on a practical level, we can pare back our opinions and not get sucked into the established fear-mongering and noisome hustle. There is no need to join in on the shenanigans of the world โ best left alone. We can consolidate our power where we stand and stay strong in mind by exploring our intellect, reforming our ideas and keeping up with our studies. And most importantly โ gather supportive people around us who have a gentle heart and the spirit of a respectful, generous life.
